My Last Message was quite hasty on this topic. I just wanted to pass along the information right away. The article "THE ART OF POSTAGE" by JEFF BERNER which educates us on how we can use Antique Postage on our Voiceover Marketing Efforts to make them more unique as well as SAVE MONEY ON POSTAGE (From 10 to 40% off of the Face Value of the Stamps).
You'll never feel so lucky to live in New York as now :-)
You See ... by living in New York you can take advantage of buying United Nations Stamps. You can buy them, generally, at 40% discount from face value you put stamps on your mail as normal and take your mailings to the United Nations Head Quarters (the only one in United States is in New York :-( and your mail is mailed through the same care and consideration that the U.S. mail is handled.
You can buy the postage from Stamp Dealers generally you pay $60.00 for $100.00 in U.N. Postage Stamps.
Now don't fear ... the rest of us can also save by buying Antique U.S. Stamps at 10-20% off of face value. You have to go to your local Stamp Collector stores and let them know you want to buy stamps for "Discount Postage" they will sell you U.S.
stamps in bulk for 10% discount and more, depending on what specials they have and what you NEGOTIATE. You'll generally have to buy $10.00 or More in Stamps at a time.
You're generally getting all your U.S. Stamps in 2-cent to 10-cent denominations. Which lets you dress up your mailings by adding lots of them :-)
Here's some links where you can buy "Discount Postage" OnLine. For Those of you in New York, Definitely let them know you want to buy United Nations Stamps as Postage for use in mailing from U.N. Headquarters (like I said, you can generally get 40% discount on these:-). I'll be contacting many of these Dealers and see if I can negotiate Higher Discount Rates for Voiceover Cyberstation Users :-)
U.S. (9% to 11% Discount) and U.N. Stamps (20% to 28% Discount)
U.S. (around 5% Discount) But a great site to see the kind of stamps you'd be getting
Another Good Deal U.S. (Up to 16% Discount)
