Took a great course at Kalmenson & Kalmenson (yeah, big deal, right?) and just finished my demo. I recently mailed out about a dozen demos to the biggie agencies, but that'll probably get me nowhere. Here's my question, and it may ruffle a few feathers out there: Should I do some non-union stuff (I'm SAG eligible, courtesy a Lethal Weapon 2 VO, but not an active member)? Any advice from you experts (and there are many assembling here) would be greatly appreciated. And, if the answer is yes, how does one find the non-union gigs? I'd just like to get out there and work a bit while I procure that elusive agent. I'm David, and feel free to e-mail me... thanks!
